- Is there a limit on how many players I can add?
- No. Load your whole board — hundreds of players, every class — on any plan, free included. Plans differ in how many players the machine actively monitors each week, and in monthly AI lookups.
- What's a lookup?
- One AI lookup that builds or refreshes a player's profile — offers, film links, socials, measurables — from public sources. Players on your watchlist refresh automatically without using your lookups.
- What does 'monitored' mean?
- Watched players get automatic weekly checks for new offers, film, and profile changes, delivered in your weekly signal email. You can swap players in and out of your watchlist anytime — the limit is how many are monitored at once, not a lifetime count.
- What happens when my free trial ends?
- Every new program starts with 30 days of full Signal. When it ends, your board, data, and exports stay yours forever. Monitoring continues on 3 watched players; the rest pause until you upgrade — nothing is ever deleted.
- What counts as a program?
- One school's staff. Coordinators, GAs, assistants — bring everyone. Scout includes 5 staff members, Signal 10, Program 25.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly plans cancel anytime; annual plans are simply prepaid — and save you two months.
- When does paid access start?
- We're in early access, invite only. Founding programs get preferred pricing when paid plans begin.
