NCAA compliance

What RecruitSignal sells, what it covers and how often it updates. NCAA Division I programs may subscribe only to scouting services approved under Bylaw 13.14.3, and these are the facts that review asks for.

Plans and prices

  • 3 States: $1,990 a year (or $199 a month for programs outside Division I). Any 3 states you choose, every feature, and your whole staff.
  • 6 States: $3,990 a year (or $399 a month for programs outside Division I). Any 6 states you choose, every feature, and your whole staff.
  • 15 States: $7,990 a year (or $799 a month for programs outside Division I). Any 15 states you choose, every feature, and your whole staff.
  • Scout · 3 States: $490 a year or $49 a month, for one person working alone (scouts, advisors and agents): any 3 states you choose.
  • Scout · 6 States: $990 a year or $99 a month, for one person working alone (scouts, advisors and agents): any 6 states you choose.
  • Scout · 15 States: $1,990 a year or $199 a month, for one person working alone (scouts, advisors and agents): any 15 states you choose.
  • Nationwide: $19,990 a year, annual only (there is no monthly plan). Every state, every feature, and your whole staff.
  • These are the only prices for Division I programs. Every Division I institution pays the posted price for the plan it chooses: no Division I institution is offered a different fee, a discount, a promotion code or a free plan.
  • Every plan includes normal use for your whole staff. If a program's use is far beyond normal, we'll talk with you before anything changes.

What each plan covers

  • 3 States covers any 3 states that you choose.
  • 6 States covers any 6 states that you choose.
  • 15 States covers any 15 states at a time that you choose, and you can swap them at any time.
  • Nationwide covers every state.
  • 3 States and 6 States can swap a covered state once every 30 days.
  • Radar lists, questions asked in Radar and new-player emails cover only the program's covered states. Players already on a program's own board stay on it, whatever their state.
  • In each covered state, Radar reads public X (Twitter) posts and profiles of high school football players in the two class years being recruited now. It records the offers, commitments, camps, visits, measurables and film links that players post themselves.
  • Radar reads the players it finds in each covered state, and every subscriber covering that state sees the same players.

How often data updates

  • Every morning: the players you watch on your board are read at 5 AM Eastern, and the morning signal email goes out at 7 AM Eastern when one of them has posted something new.
  • Every week: Radar reads college recruiting coaches' newest follows. Every month: the profiles of the players Radar holds in covered states are read again for new film and measurables.
  • Data updates far more often than four times a year.

What each player's card includes

  • Each player has his own card. It shows his position, height, weight, class year, high school and state, and his GPA when he has posted it. Each fact says where it came from.
  • The card lists every offer, commitment, camp, visit, measurable and film link he has posted, each dated and linked to the post it came from.
  • It shows his recent activity: how many offers he has posted in the last 30 days, and his newest offer, camp, visit and film.
  • It marks a player as under the radar when he has posted no offer, or only one.
  • It links his own Hudl film when he has posted it.

Samples before you buy

  • Book a 15-minute walkthrough: https://cal.com/pat-stolarski/recruitsignal. We show the product on a demonstration program with invented players before any purchase.
  • A film of the product (2:09) plays on the home page.
  • Sample pages (a morning signal email, a player card and an overview) are available on request: write to pat@recruitsignal.ai.

Division I programs

  • Division I programs subscribe annually only. Monthly plans are not offered to Division I programs.
  • One subscription covers one institution's football staff.
  • Every subscriber on the same plan, covering the same states, sees the same Radar players and the same facts those players posted. A program's own notes, contacts and watch list are its own.

Video

  • RecruitSignal does not produce, film, host or arrange game video of any kind.
  • When a player has posted a link to his own film, such as a Hudl highlight, his card links to it. We do not copy or store the video.
